Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Within the EU you do not pay shipping costs if the amount of your order exceeds €149. If the amount of your order is lower than €149, the shipping costs are only €9,95.

Shipping costs for delivery outside the EU are €39,95.

What is the expected delivery time of my order?

The expected delivery time within the EU is 2-6 working days. Delivery to countries outside the EU takes between 3-15 working days (+ clearance by customs).

To which countries does Squashpoint ship?

We ship parcels worldwide every day and deliver to all countries.

How can I track my package?

On the day we transfer your order to the courier you will receive an email with the tracking details of your package. If you click on the link, you can view the current shipping status.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, in the ordering process you can choose "Ship to different address". If the delivery address is in the name of a company, clearly state the name of the company and also state your own name.
