Dunlop Sonic Core Ultimate 132
The Dunlop Sonic Core Ultimate 132 gives you a great mix of power and control. The racket is used on the PSA tour by Diego Elias, who is also called the ‘Peruvian Puma’ because of his efficient way of moving around the court. This top model from Dunlop features the very latest technologies, such as Sonic Core by Infinergy and Flex Touch Resin that provide a sublime cushioning.
The Dunlop Sonic Core Ultimate 132 has a conventional racket head with a surface area of 500 cm2. The large head gives the ball a lot of trampoline effect during a stroke, and you can therefore easily hit hard. At the same time, you have a great deal of precision due to the short length strings as well as the small spaces between the strings due to the 16 × 19 pattern. The Dunlop Sonic Core Ultimate 132 is therefore an excellent choice for the player who likes to alternate powerful strokes with subtle shots.
Dunlop has applied two technologies in the Dunlop Sonic Core Ultimate 132 that guarantee excellent cushioning and therefore provide a great feel and extra comfort. At the 2 and 10 o’clock positions in the racket head, Sonic Core material, a foam developed by chemical giant BASF, ensures that vibrations are better absorbed. The innovative foam also provides a larger sweet spot, which gives you the same feeling over a wider area of the racket head, even if you hit the ball closer to the frame. In the neck of the Dunlop Sonic Core Ultimate 132, Flex Touch Resin provides even more touch. By incorporating this highly elastic material, which absorbs shocks extremely well, vibrations caused by the impact of the ball are better absorbed. The unpainted frame (the structure of the premium graphite is clearly visible) with yellow accents looks fantastic.
